NEW BUSINESS PERMIT APPLICATION

Steps to Apply for a NEW Business Permit
  1.  Login and Select NEW BUSINESS OPTION
2.  Fill-out online application form and upload required documents.
  3.  Wait for a call or e-mail from the BPLO for confirmation and verification.
  4.  Pay your business tax assessment at the Municipal Treasurer's Office
    or through Online Payment
  5.  Monitor progress of your application
6.  Print Mayor's Permit sent in e-mail or claim at the BPLO

    Proof of Registration
         DTI (Sole Proprietorship)
     SEC (Corporation)
     CDA (Cooperative) 
    Proof of Rigth of Application to Use Business Address
         If Owned, Proof of Ownership (Transfer Certificate of Title or tax Declaration)
     If Renting, Contract of Lease, MOA or Written Consent of Property Owner 
    Location Plan or Sketch of the Location
    Rural Health Unit (Sanitary Permit)
    MPDC (Locational Clearance)
    Municipal Engineering Office (Occupancy Permit)
    BFP (Fire Safety Inspection Certificate)
    MENRO (Municipal Environment Certificate)
    Tourism Office (Tourism Related Business Establishment)
    Market Supervisor (Market Clearance for Stall Holder)
     


RENEWAL BUSINESS PERMIT

Steps to Apply for a RENEWAL of Business Permit
  1.  Login and Select RENEW BUSINESS OPTION
2.  Update information on application form and upload required documents.
  3.  Wait for a call or e-mail from the BPLO for confirmation and verification.
  4.  Pay your business tax assessment at the Municipal Treasurer's Office
    or through Online Payment
  5.  Monitor progress of your application
6.  Print Mayor's Permit sent in e-mail or claim at the BPLO

Steps to Pay Online
  1.  Select ASSESSMENT OPTION
2.  Select TRANSACTION TYPE OPTION
  3.  Fill-up the information then Click VERIFY
  4.  Click Add button to select items to pay.
  5.  Click the Payment Portal Logo.
